1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the KadaNone website, mobile application, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. About KadaNone
KadaNone is a digital lending technology platform that facilitates personal loan disbursals on behalf of its partner NBFC, Sampati Securities Ltd (RBI NBFC Registration No. 01.00214). KadaNone itself does not lend money; all loan agreements are between the borrower and the partner NBFC.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident citizen of India.
- You must possess a valid Aadhaar number and PAN card.
- You must have a valid bank account and active mobile number linked to Aadhaar.
- KadaNone reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or loan application.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Loan Terms
Loan amounts, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment schedules are determined by the partner NBFC as per RBI guidelines. KadaNone displays indicative terms for informational purposes only. The binding loan agreement is the document signed digitally between you and Sampati Securities Ltd.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of KadaNone or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
KadaNone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Amendments
KadaNone reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
