Our Commitment
KadaNone is dedicated to providing a fair, transparent, and responsive grievance redressal mechanism. We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve issues in the shortest possible time, in accordance with RBI's Fair Practices Code for NBFCs.
Level 1 — Customer Support
For any query, complaint, or concern, please first contact our Customer Support team:

Please provide your registered mobile number, loan ID (if applicable), and a clear description of the issue.
Level 2 — Grievance Officer
If your complaint is not resolved at Level 1 within 5 business days, or you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer:

Level 3 — NBFC Grievance Officer
Since all loans are disbursed by our partner NBFC Sampati Securities Ltd, loan-specific disputes may also be escalated to their designated Grievance Officer:

Level 4 — RBI Ombudsman
If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may approach the Reserve Bank of India's Integrated Ombudsman Scheme:
